Flash reports will use your QuickBooks settings to determine if account numbers should be included in reports or not. If you enable account numbers in QuickBooks they will be included in all Flash Reports worksheets. You can untick the "Show account numbers" setting in QuickBooks if you would like to turn account numbers off. If you change this setting, ensure that you log off and on again in Flash Reports to activate the change.
Changing this setting will make Flash Reports process all accounts excluding the account number. If you have existing Excel reports where the account number is used, these reports will no longer calculate until you remove the account number from the account name.
