Hide the Excel report rows that contain only zero balances
The Hide Zeros feature allows you to hide the Excel rows that contain only zero balances. Simply select the Excel cells that contain the report and click the Hide Zeros button. Flash Reports will analyze each report row and for any row containing balances, if all the balances are zero, that Excel row will be hidden.
Clicking the Show Zeros button will display all the hidden rows.
