Log in using your QuickBooks credentials. Flash Reports will load all your company information and then enable the rest of the ribbon toolbar.
Please note that in order to keep the communication with QuickBooks as efficient as possible this company information is not refreshed during the session. If you change company settings, add new accounts or classes, create a new budget etc. you simply need to log off and then log on again and Flash Report will load all the updated company information.
