The Claude Workflow

Steps:

1. Locate the worksheet named **"Claude Instructions"**. If it doesn't exist, tell the user and stop.

2. Read instructions starting at cell **B2**, continuing down column B row by row until the first blank cell (end of instructions).

3. Execute the instructions as written. The workbook will contain source report(s) and an output template — both should be identified within the instructions.

4. Populate the output template as instructed.

5. Give the user a summary of what was done.

6. **If anything goes wrong mid-workflow** (missing sheet, unexpected cell content, ambiguous instruction, etc.), **stop immediately** and report exactly what failed and where.
